Your Role: As a Regulatory Compliance Analyst, you will ensure we meet all regulatory requirements and maintain our high standards. Your responsibilities will include:

Research & Filing: Submit insurance product filings and stay updated on industry trends.

Forms Management: Create and manage forms and endorsements, conducting annual audits to ensure accuracy.

Record Maintenance: Maintain and distribute departmental files and reference materials.

Regulatory Monitoring: Analyze regulatory changes and their impact on our operations, updating forms and endorsements as needed.

Vendor Analysis: Assist in evaluating vendors under the direction of the Compliance Manager.

Independent Decision-Making: Exercise your judgment and decision-making skills to handle various tasks.

What We're Looking For:

Compliance Expertise: In-depth knowledge of compliance requirements and filing processes.

Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of laws and regulations related to insurance operations.

Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.

Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Curiosity & Critical Thinking: Ability to be creative and figure out solutions to complex issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in business, English, political science or a pre-law field of study.
  • No need for insurance experience, we offer a comprehensive training program.
