GLC On-The-Go LPN Division is seeking a skilled LPN/LVN to join our team as a travel nurse. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients in a variety of settings.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient information and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
**Requirements:**
- Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
