Job Summary:

The Assistant Delivery Ops Analytics Manager will support the Manager, Delivery Operations in planning and executing daily route processing, store partner correspondence, wave planning, and timely resolution of Salesforce cases. This role will focus on improving day-to-day oversight of these functions to reduce transportation expense and ensure routes support delivered dollar objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the performance of the Delivery Operations department in an efficient, cost-effective, and safe manner while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Track cases in the Salesforce application, handle escalations, and create and maintain reporting on team performance as related to KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the Transportation team to ensure Storis, Route Tracker, and Delivery Schedule are aligned on a daily basis.
  • Ensure the department operates according to budgeted guidelines, maintain delivery associates' work hours, schedule, vacation, attendance, and overtime.
  • Work in concert with the senior management team to implement processes and procedures to ensure continuous improvement in efficiencies.
  • Work cross-functionally with a high degree of communication with the Store Operations, Client Services, Hub Managers, DC partners, and IT.
  • Read, understand, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports; use these reports to evaluate department performance; compute figures to accurately plan/adjust headcount to meet department objectives.
  • Work with the Manager to develop, refine, implement, and administer company policies, procedures, and systems to provide effective service to all Arhaus customers in the most cost-effective way.
  • Cross-functionally work with other teams to implement all system implementation projects within the department.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma; College degree preferred.
  • 2-3 Years of experience: Analytical skills a must.
  • Valid Driver's license preferred.
  • Computer proficiency: Working knowledge of Microsoft Products, and ERP base knowledge.
  • Understanding of general work practices in warehousing and distribution, including order processing, picking, and shipping processes and procedures.
  • Dedicated to business and allow flexibility with work hours if necessary.
  • Adapts to change quickly and easily and performs effectively during times of change; demonstrates the ability to multi-task and manages competing priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong oral, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess very strong organizational and prioritizing skills, obsessive attention to detail.
  • Builds respectful and effective working relationships; collaborates with others to achieve common goals.
  • Strives to meet or exceed the expectations of internal and external customer standards.
