Optometrist Opportunity

As an Independent Optometrist, you will have the autonomy to establish your own practice within a Sam's Club location. This opportunity allows you to take a leading role in patient care, providing eye and vision care services while also promoting general health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Establish your own days of practice and hours of operation
- Control your patient schedule and set your own fee schedule
- Keep 100% of exam and professional fees
As an Independent Optometrist, you will have the opportunity to opt into equipment and instrumentation, as well as administrative and/or opt-tech support services (if state allows). You will also have the flexibility to establish your own lease agreement, with a fair market value.
Requirements- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
- Valid state optometry license
- Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school (for ME and VA license agreements)
- Valid state ophthalmology license (for ME and VA license agreements)
- General Liability Certificate
- Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
- W-9
The annual salary range for this position is competitive, with additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance bonuses. You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes.
