About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate PACU Nurse to join our team at CHI St Vincent Hot Springs. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for surgical procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process.
  • Administer medications as directed by physicians, prioritizing patient well-being and safety.
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans for surgical patients, addressing their unique needs and concerns.
  • Demonstrate empathy and compassion towards patients, providing emotional support during their recovery.
Qualifications
  • Unencumbered license to practice nursing in the State of Arkansas.
  • At least 6 months of acute care experience, with a preference for previous outpatient or pre-op experience.
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
