Job Summary:

The FSQ Manager at Jack Link's - Link Snacks, Inc. is a critical role that oversees the development, implementation, review, and maintenance of the SQF Quality System at our USDA-inspected meat snacks manufacturing facility. As an SQF Practitioner, this individual will lead the Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) Team and drive business growth through effective quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead the FSQ Team in achieving quality objectives and improving processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure quality system effectiveness.
