Job Summary:
The FSQ Manager at Jack Link's - Link Snacks, Inc. is a critical role that oversees the development, implementation, review, and maintenance of the SQF Quality System at our USDA-inspected meat snacks manufacturing facility. As an SQF Practitioner, this individual will lead the Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) Team and drive business growth through effective quality management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead the FSQ Team in achieving quality objectives and improving processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure quality system effectiveness.
- Provide training and development opportunities to FSQ Team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality management and leadership.
- Strong knowledge of SQF and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
