FSQ Manager Job Description

At Jack Link's, we're committed to delivering high-quality products that meet the highest standards of food safety and quality. As an FSQ Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our manufacturing facility meets these standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) Team in developing, implementing, and maintaining the SQF Quality System.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of HACCP plans, sanitation procedures, and prerequisite programs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, customer, and company quality requirements.
  • Train and coach Team Members on food safety and quality procedures.
  • Manage on-site relationships with regulatory and certification organizations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in food safety and quality assurance in the meat and poultry industry.
  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet navigation.
  • Certified in HACCP and SQF Quality Code.
