Job Summary

The Human Resources Workforce Support Specialist will provide critical support to employees and leaders within the commercial, strategy, and food innovation teams. This role will focus on delivering HR policies, procedures, and programs to a specific group of sites/functions in the US. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding employee relations inquiries for their region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide positive employee relations and manager capability support across our sites, utilizing observations and data to recommend ER strategies and initiatives that support employee morale and engagement.
  • Collaborate with other workforce support tiers to ensure timely, friendly, and comprehensive resolution of employee inquiries and issues.
  • Support employees and managers with traditional HR activities such as promotions, investigations, corrective actions, PIPs, and restructuring.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employees for HR-related inquiries, complaints, and customer service.
  • Act as a liaison with HR workforce support leadership regarding policy reviews, policy improvements, training opportunities, and other initiatives.
  • Support leaders in finding and utilizing resources on core processes such as GPS, Performance Management, and Development.
  • Coach employees and leaders on navigating and resolving key leadership processes, managing conflicts, and building relationships.
  • Master our digital toolset, particularly ad.a/Servicenow, and utilize it to resolve regional employee relations issues.
  • Support key projects focused on new process or capability development/enhancement.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and leaders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
