About the Role
We're seeking an Event Executive to join our growing team. As an Event Executive, you'll play a key role in executing global hosted experiences for our hospitality and travel client. You'll support the execution of events as part of a multi-market launch and an ongoing portfolio of events that promote our client's integrated marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Support on-site event execution and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners.
- Assist in maintaining documents like status reports, inventory tracking, and meeting notes.
- Help with vendor relations, logistical planning, and preparing event documents to ensure smooth execution and recapping.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience within an agency or events field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Publisher).
- Willingness to travel domestically and work on weekends or holidays as needed.
