Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Alpine Banks of Colorado. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their issues, and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to bank policies and procedures.
- Work effectively in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Utilize various software applications to accomplish daily tasks, including cash handling and record-keeping.
- Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, including consumer and business offerings, to effectively cross-sell and upsell to customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including maintaining a balanced cash drawer and resolving errors and discrepancies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or formal training preferred.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
- Basic mathematical and cash handling skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
This is a full-time position, working in a clerical office setting. The ideal candidate will be able to stand for long periods of time, have good eyesight and hand/finger dexterity, and be able to handle some mental stress when dealing with upset customers. Some evening and weekend hours may be included.
