Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Control Panel Specialist to join our team at Micro Tech Staffing Group. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and integrating control panels with machinery and systems to connect them to PLC controls.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble control panels by mounting and arranging electrical components according to engineering specifications.
  • Precise wiring and troubleshooting to ensure seamless communication between control panels and the PLCs.
  • Interpret and comprehend electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts for both control panels and machinery.
  • Configure digital and analog inputs/outputs to interface control signals between control panels and PLCs.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in control panel assembly, machine wiring, and PLC integration within industrial environments.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and PLC ladder logic.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming concepts, I/O mapping, and communication protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with electrical tools, testing equipment, and troubleshooting methodologies.
