Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the parts sales process, including special order requests and communication with customers and staff.
  • Collaborate with the parts manager to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least one year of experience in automotive parts sales or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
