Cooper Auto Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the parts sales process from start to finish, working closely with our parts manager to locate and procure parts, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the parts sales process, including special order requests and communication with customers and staff.
- Collaborate with the parts manager to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of experience in automotive parts sales or a related field.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
