Position Type:

This is a permanent role.

Work Environment:

Supervise all production activities while maintaining visibility and accessibility to team members throughout the shift. Establish and uphold departmental standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy. Monitor and report on daily production metrics, material consumption, waste management, and downtime. Address equipment issues promptly with the relevant departments. Collaborate with Quality Assurance to uphold quality benchmarks and implement corrective actions as necessary. Train, motivate, and guide team members while addressing personnel concerns. Work closely with management on personnel matters including approvals for time off, overtime management, hiring, and training initiatives. Complete necessary administrative duties and prepare required documentation and reports. Assist management in developing and enforcing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance among team members. Conduct inspections to ensure proper sanitation of equipment and facilities, taking corrective actions when needed. Collaborate with other departments to resolve production-related challenges. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all operational systems relevant to the work area. Partner with the Safety Manager to implement safety initiatives and training for staff. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
