We are seeking a highly skilled Aegis SI&T Site Manager to join our team at General Dynamics Information Technology. As a trusted systems integrator for over 50 years, we provide information technology, cybersecurity, systems engineering, software development, training solutions, and professional services to customers in the Navy and the broader Department of Defense.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and develop methods and procedures for implementing the site's program, directing and coordinating site activities, and exercising control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of the test program.
- Select test team personnel according to their knowledge and experience in the area with which the program is concerned.
- Confer with contractor or government staff to explain the program and individual responsibilities for functions and phases of the program.
- Direct and coordinate personally, or through subordinate managerial personnel, activities concerned with implementation and carrying out objectives of the program.
- Review reports and records of activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified program objectives and modify or change methodology as required to redirect activities and attain objectives.
- A Bachelor of Arts or Science (BA/BS) in the relevant field and 10+ years of ship integration and test, operations management, or related experience (or 15+ years of experience without a degree).
- A US DoD Secret security clearance is required.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of the larger GDIT Navy and Marine Corps Sector.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
