The HR Operations Center Lead is tasked with overseeing the HR Operations Centers, ensuring efficient management and service delivery.

This role encompasses the administration of the HR inquiry management system and knowledge base, with responsibilities that include monitoring the HR Call Center, managing student employment processes, facilitating new employee orientation, conducting pre-employment background checks, ensuring I-9 compliance, processing work authorizations, and handling document submissions. Additional duties involve providing applicant support and coordinating with relevant ethics and lobbying authorities, along with other human resources functions as required.

Essential Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience are essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and technological competencies, are required.

Desirable Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a robust customer service orientation and possess outstanding communication and organizational abilities. A comprehensive understanding of the dynamics within a unionized academic medical environment is crucial.

This position necessitates independent decision-making on a daily basis and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and accurately.
