Job Title: Solutions Leader

At Petco Animal Supplies, Inc., we're committed to improving the lives of pets, pet parents, and our partners. As a Solutions Leader, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operations of our Pet Care Centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all partners provide exceptional guest experiences by helping them find and purchase animals, supplies, and services.
  • Work the cash register and maintain high merchandising standards throughout the Pet Care Center.
  • Lead aspects of the Pet Care Center's business in accordance with Petco operational standards and safety procedures.
  • Coach partners on guest-centric programs, such as nutrition standards, companion animal sales, and seasonal promotions.
  • Process register transactions and support the overall Omni Guest Experience for the Pet Care Center.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Proficiency in mathematics and basic accounting relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a keen interest in animal welfare.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
