Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Process payroll and certified payroll reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Prepare and file weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Reconcile account statements, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
  • Process licenses and certification renewals, ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring easy access and analysis
  • Perform year-end closeout duties, ensuring accurate and timely completion
Requirements:
  • Accounting degree or relevant certification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with accounting software, preferably Sage 100 Contractor
  • Knowledgeable with standard accounting practices and office procedures
  • Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft 365 Suites
  • 5 years of experience with QuickBooks
  • 5 years of experience with accounts payable, accounts receivables, and using a general ledger
  • 2 years of experience with Adobe
