Qualifications and requirements
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor’s degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

BLS, ACLS required - years Clinical Experience required Supervisory Experience preferred BSN preferred

Department/Unit Summary

Act as liaison between staff, physicians and other facilities. Monitor and control departmental operations within approved budget. Contribute to and promote positive relationships between physicians, hospital staff, guests and the local community. Provide necessary medications and supplies according to hospital policy in the absence of staff in these departments. Provide direct patient care on occasion. Responsible during shift, for the hospital in the absence of department management or administrative personnel.
