Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our interdisciplinary team at Life Care Centers of America. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct care to patients (bathing, feeding, grooming, toileting, etc.) as directed
  • Assist patients with daily living activities and provide emotional support
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Graduate of a State-approved CNA program
  • Currently registered/licensed in applicable State
  • One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred
  • CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
