Job Summary

The Maintenance Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and airworthiness of our aircraft, overseeing the maintenance and repair of our fleet to meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the maintenance and repair of aircraft, ground equipment, and facilities to ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) and company policies.
  • Lead a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of maintenance tasks and projects.
  • Develop and implement maintenance programs and procedures to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance safety.
  • Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers to ensure timely and effective maintenance and repair services.
  • Monitor and report on maintenance performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and environmental protection.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree in a related field preferred.
  • Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification required.
  • Working knowledge of FAR and other relevant regulations.
  • Experience in maintenance management and administration of service contracts and agreements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and M&E software.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced technical degree in Engineering, Aviation, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least five years of experience in maintenance of large aircraft, with at least two years in a supervisory position.
  • Experience with program management and leadership.
