Aircraft Inspector

LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Inspector to join our team. As an Aircraft Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting aircraft parts and structures on commercial aircraft in compliance with policies, manuals, procedures, and requirements.

• Inspect aircraft parts and structures on commercial aircraft to ensure compliance with policies, manuals, procedures, and requirements.
• Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft components, including engines, landing gear, and control surfaces.
• Identify and report any defects or discrepancies found during inspections.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure that all repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop and implement procedures to improve inspection efficiency and effectiveness.

• One (1) year of heavy commercial aircraft MRO inspection experience.
• Recorded training on 2 types of aircraft.
• Five (5) years minimum experience in heavy commercial aircraft or equivalent military experience on heavy aircraft.
• A&P license.
• Must have the minimum tools as required.
• Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by managers and supervisors.
• Must be willing to work any shift.
• Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
