Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Shipping Department team in Bluffton, Indiana. This is a full-time hourly position that will coordinate the day-to-day activities of the shipping department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain customer portals for various automotive and industrial clients, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
  • Manage shortage reports and load sheets in collaboration with Customer Service, guaranteeing seamless logistics operations.
  • Develop expertise in learning customer portals and resolving any discrepancies that may arise.
  • Oversee all outbound materials and transportation, prioritizing quality and accuracy in shipping documents.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize shipping processes.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conflict resolution skills to address any issues that may arise during shipping operations.
  • High level of attention to detail and dependability to meet deadlines and work requirements.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds and adhere to health and safety practices, policies, and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Shipping Clerk in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the logistics sector.
