Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equipment Installation and Repair Technician to join our team at Ray Jurgen. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for installing and repairing a variety of garage equipment, including vehicle lifts, exhaust equipment, lubrication equipment, wheel and tire equipment, wash equipment, and air compressors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair vehicle lifts, exhaust equipment, lubrication equipment, wheel and tire equipment, wash equipment, and air compressors
  • Work with customers to understand their equipment needs and provide solutions
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with other technicians to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in vehicle lift installation and/or repair
  • 1+ year of experience in heavy-duty (30,000+ lb) vehicle lift installation and repair
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work with customers in a professional manner
  • Ability to lift at least 70 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Eligibility for a DOT medical card or possession of one
Preferred Qualifications
  • Automotive Lift Institute certification
  • Prior experience with industrial equipment installation and maintenance
  • Mechatronics training
  • OSHA 10 certification
