Job DescriptionMental Health Therapist Position at Connecticut Institute for Communities, Inc.

We are seeking a licensed mental health clinician to provide community-based therapy to adult and pediatric patients. The ideal candidate will be able to work remotely and have experience in individual, family, or group therapy.

The therapist will perform diagnostic psychosocial evaluations, develop care plans with clients and their families, and document all clinical interventions according to CIFC Health policy and state regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Completes initial behavioral health evaluations, including individual, group, and family psychotherapy with children and adults.
  • Consults with providers within and outside the agency regarding treatment plans and progress of patients.
  • Coordinates as needed with psychiatric consultants for diagnostic and consultative needs; refers as necessary for medication management.
  • Attends clinical Team Meetings as assigned.
  • Meets productivity standards as outlined annually during employee's performance appraisal review, focusing on quality clinical care.

Requirements:
  • A current CT LCSW, LPC, or LMFT License issued by DPH is required.
  • Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • This position offers competitive compensation, including an hourly wage range of $38.46-$43.59.
