We are seeking a highly skilled Investor Relations Manager to join our team at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our corporate communications team, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's financial narrative and building relationships with the investment community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze financial market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to inform our investor relations strategy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, equity research analysts, and other key stakeholders to provide timely and accurate information about our company's financial performance.
  • Prepare and disseminate financial reports, presentations, and other materials to support our investor relations efforts.
  • Collaborate with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely disclosure of financial information to the public.
  • Support the development and implementation of our investor relations strategy, including the creation of investor materials, such as fact sheets and investor presentations.
  • Provide analytical support to our senior management team to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA preferred.
  • 2-8 years of business experience required, public accounting audit experience preferred.
  • Direct experience in Investor Relations, either as an Investor Relations Manager or Analyst, is desirable.
  • Financial Services Experience: Experience in financial services, investment banking, or equity research can also be valuable.
