As a Patient Services Representative in the Emergency Department at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our patient registration and tracking systems. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate records and facilitating efficient patient flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile and maintain the First Net Emergency Department Tracking Board and Hospital ADT system
- Accurately register patients into the hospital ADT and/or clinical system during system downtime
- Monitor and reconcile patient information to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to resolve patient registration issues
- Stay up-to-date with system updates and changes to ensure seamless operation
Requirements:
