We are seeking a highly skilled Orthopedic Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team at Methodist Hospital Metropolitan. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services.
Responsibilities- Apply the nursing process, critical thinking skills, and scientific judgment to deliver safe and effective patient care.
- Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes and improve patient satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program.
- Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
