Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Clinical Pharmacy Services: Utilize your expertise to provide clinical pharmacy services, including adherence support, immunizations, medication therapy management (MTM), point-of-care testing (POCT), diagnostic testing, and prescriptive authority.
  • Engage with Customers: Engage with customers seeking guidance on pharmacological and non-pharmacological options for health condition management, using provided clinical tools and delivering information based on customer-preferred communication methods.
  • Supervise Pharmacy Associates: Assist the Pharmacy Manager with the supervision of the pharmacy, providing leadership to pharmacy associates and supervising the completion of their training, providing coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure Accuracy and Appropriateness: Ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions filled, completing Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance, applicable to DEA, State, and Federal Board of Pharmacy regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (BS in Pharmacy) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)
  • Licenses/Certifications: Pharmacist License in the state practicing pharmacy, Immunization Certification, and CPR Certification
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Building Customer Relationships, Valuing Differences, Driving Innovation, Building Talent, Customer Focus, Adaptability, and Stress Tolerance
