Compensation: $20.00/hr to $24.00/hr based on experience

Work Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm or 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with a half-hour lunch break

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must obtain EPA Universal Certification within three months
  • Strong understanding of HVAC industry standards and building codes
  • Ability to safely operate power and hand tools
  • Knowledge of building science principles is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
  • Excellent mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
