**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students, utilizing your expertise in diagnostic skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with diverse communication needs, tailored to their unique requirements.
  • Provide SLP services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), ensuring that each student receives the support they need to succeed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication skills, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports, ensuring that all necessary documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Masters or Doctorate Degree in Communication and Sciences Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology.
  • Active SLP License.
