About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient individual to join our team as a Senior Systems and Infrastructure Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including building automation system management, application management, and change management.

About the Team

Our team is responsible for building and maintaining the foundational technologies that support our organization. This includes data platforms, enterprise architecture, DevOps, cloud computing, and infrastructure. We are looking for a technical leader who can help us drive innovation and excellence in these areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administration and implementation of applications used by the organization
  • Onboarding new tools into the environment
  • Upgrading and maintaining existing applications
  • Driving architecture changes to adhere to new technologies, security requirements, and infrastructure standards
  • Ensuring proper security practices and requirements are being met
  • Creating detailed training instructions and leading application seminars
  • Experience with comprehensive change management
  • Experience with managing contracts and vendors
Preferred Qualifications
  • Networking understanding including SNMP, BACnet, ModBus, advanced troubleshooting, and functional knowledge of the OSI model
  • Proficiency in creating network diagrams and understanding network flow and protocols
  • InfoSec understanding and experience
  • Familiarity with MS SQL Server and its configurations
  • Experience in API and application integration
  • Knowledge of IAM Federation, LDAP, Kerberos, etc.
  • Understanding of SSL and Keystore installations
Programming Experience
  • HTML, JS, CSS, and Chrome Dev Tools
  • Transact SQL, JET SQL
  • Java, JavaScript, PHP, C++, Python
  • PPCL, Ladder Logic
Preferred Tools Knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Github
  • Microsoft Code and Visual Studio
  • Understanding of Enterprise ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and Jira
  • Back-end operations knowledge of SiteScan, Siemens Desigo, and Power Monitoring Expert
  • Unreal Engine
