Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs in a school district located in Arlington.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
  • Deliver therapy services in both individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote effective communication.
  • Collaborate with the education team to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and provide support to students.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders from an accredited institution.
  • Active Texas SLP license, with experience working with children in a school setting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
