Job Title: Medical Lab Assistant Program Chair

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Lab Assistant Program Chair to join our team at Remington College. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in our Medical Laboratory Assistant program.

Job Summary:

The Medical Lab Assistant Program Chair will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum, recruiting and training faculty, and providing guidance on student attendance and attrition. You will also be responsible for supervising and directing the work of employees in your academic program, as well as teaching courses as required.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement curriculum for the Medical Laboratory Assistant program
  • Recruit, train, and supervise faculty members
  • Provide guidance on student attendance and attrition
  • Supervise and direct the work of employees in your academic program
  • Teach courses as required
  • Research and implement technological changes in your field
  • Participate in Program Advisory Committee (PAC) meetings
  • Assist in organizing student orientations and graduation ceremonies
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Four (4) years of related practical work experience
