Dialysis Program Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dialysis Program Manager to join our team at Fresenius Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the operations of multiple Home Therapies programs, ensuring the delivery of maximum quality care to patients, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the operations of multiple Home Therapies programs, including patient care, program costs, and operational methods.
- Direct and manage all aspects of patient care for Home Therapies patients, including training patients and caregivers on the safe and effective operation of equipment.
- Collaborate with operations leaders, market development, and patient education and quality teams to promote home therapies growth.
- Responsible for profit and loss management of the assigned program, including optimal performance of program operations to achieve or exceed budgets and key performance indicators.
- Direct and manage all aspects of patient experience efforts, including supporting company patient satisfaction initiatives and embodying the company values and patient experience drivers.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.) with current appropriate state licensure.
- Minimum of one year nursing experience plus a minimum of six months dialysis nursing experience.
- 3+ years' supervisory or project/program management experience preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership competencies and skills for the position, including excellent communication, customer service, continuous quality improvement, relationship development, results orientation, team building, motivating employees, and performance management.
The work environment is characteristic of a health care facility with air temperature control and moderate noise levels. May be exposed to infectious and contagious diseases/materials. The position provides direct patient care that regularly involves heavy lifting and moving of patients and assisting with ambulation.
