Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation associated with operations
  • Uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness standards within designated areas
  • Ensure all required maintenance is performed in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient plant operations
  • Address equipment problems promptly to minimize downtime
  • Ensure all resources are available for production runs
  • Set up the oncoming shift for a successful run
  • Perform any duties necessary to support the team
  • Obtain necessary information to perform duties at pre-shift tailgate meetings and by meeting with off-going operators
  • Vigilantly monitor equipment operation for indications of impending problems and possible operational improvements
  • Backup to all production jobs as needed

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Intermediate computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, etc)
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Solid mechanical skills
  • Ability to work well with people
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Multi-tasked individual
  • Ability to work independently

Physical Requirements:

  • Standing: Long periods (a minimum of 8 hours)
  • Sitting: Occasionally for short periods
  • Walking: Long periods
  • Bending: Frequently
  • Lifting: Heavy (50 lbs) frequently
  • Carrying: Heavy lbs) frequently distance
  • Pushing/Pulling: under 75 lbs without assistance frequently

Working Hours: 1:00pm to 9:30pm, Monday/Tuesday days off

Compensation: Starting at $24.40, up to $30.50 (for California residents)
