Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Design and develop instrumentation and control systems for test facilities, including data acquisition systems, electrical power systems, and control systems.
- Test and Validation: Test and validate instrumentation and control systems to ensure they meet performance and safety requirements.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support for instrumentation and control systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless integration of instrumentation and control systems.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes to optimize instrumentation and control systems.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Skills: Proficiency in electrical schematic and panel layout design using CAD software, experience with data acquisition systems, electrical power systems, and control systems, strong technical and non-technical writing and verbal skills.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the aerospace industry, working at test facilities, with cryogenic fluid systems, proficiency in software development, and experience with calibration principles and industry calibration standards.
