The objective of this role is to ensure ongoing compliance and provide support and training by monitoring the field staff on a monthly basis. The Trainer/Auditor will provide oversight of the field staff, bringing back observations and recommendations for the Training & Development department to utilize in developing strategy and plans that ensure compliance and can also be used to keep class trainings relevant and up-to-date.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct and facilitate monthly training classes to teach a comprehensive, information-based training, including state policies, company policies and procedures, and job responsibilities of the account manager.
- Create and implement training materials and tools.
- Write and develop workflows, policies, and procedures.
- Conduct and document monthly performance evaluations in the field.
- Ensure all account representatives are conducting activities that are in compliance with DOH State and company guidelines by directly reporting to the Training Manager.
- Provide support and training for representatives once identified during the audit in the field.
- Collaborate with managers to ensure each representative's growth and identify areas of need.
- Sustain accountability from each Field Representative and report directly back to the Training Manager for any issues or challenges that arise.
- Education: AA degree required, BA degree preferred.
- Experience: Required intermediate level in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Must have a vehicle as travel is required.
- Certifications/Licensure: None specified.
- Marketing/Business development/Sales knowledge.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Managed long-term care knowledge.
- Medicaid knowledge.
- Medicare knowledge.
This role reports to the Training and Development Manager, Tiffany Wong.
