Key Responsibilities of the Residential Property Supervisor:

  • Proven experience in the apartment industry is ESSENTIAL
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to mentor and manage team performance
  • Regularly report on the financial performance, occupancy rates, and lease expirations to stakeholders
  • Manage rent collection processes, address late payments, and oversee operational expenditures
  • Utilize sales management and marketing expertise to promote services to prospective and current residents
  • Investigate and resolve tenant issues, complaints, and violations effectively
  • Conduct routine property inspections, including assessments of vacated units
  • Experience with conventional apartment communities of 200+ units is preferred
  • Strong skills in stress management, time management, and problem-solving
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; detail-oriented and organized
  • A stable work history is ESSENTIAL
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous, but not mandatory
