Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine software and hardware maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Respond promptly to emergency service calls and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with clients to schedule downtime for preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Document all work accurately and in a timely manner, including ticket updates, expenses, and timesheets.
  • Investigate open issues and escalate as necessary.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer needs.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities for enhanced efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in direct field service, troubleshooting, and repairing electro-mechanical systems.
  • Proven expertise in programming Allen-Bradley PLCs and conveyor automation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

What You'll Be Paid:

This is a salaried position with an estimated annual salary of $85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
