Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser to join our team at Mondelez International. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for merchandising our iconic snack brands, including Oreo, Ritz, belVita, and Chips Ahoy, in retail stores across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent Mondelez International in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of our products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
  • Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelez' DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
  • Ensure our leading snack brands are well-represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelez' guidelines.
  • Communicate with store managers and sales representatives to ensure negotiated plans are being followed and address any issues with Mondelez' management team.
  • Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.
  • Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
  • Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelez in store.

Requirements:
  • Be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.
  • Have a positive and professional attitude, be self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
  • Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and meet the defined physical activities.
  • Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
  • Live within 25 miles range from the primary location: White Hall, PA.
  • Secondary location: Northampton, Coplay, PA.
  • Schedule availability required: Sun, Tue, Thu, potentially Sat.
