Job Summary
The Security Architect will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of Tyler Technologies' infrastructure and critical assets. This position will be responsible for overseeing the company's compliance with applicable regulations, frameworks, standards, and client commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technical leadership to design data protection and compliance strategies
- Develop and implement information security policies and procedures, as well as related security awareness programs
- Oversee the development, evaluation, and implementation of governance and compliance processes to mitigate cybersecurity risk
- Standardize and streamline annual and ad-hoc information security audits and assessments
- Assist in the coordination of third-party assessments and monitoring of compliance to security policies
- Provide leadership and technology guidance to Tyler business units on security matters
- Review architecture of products and infrastructure designs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, MIS, or equivalent
- Desired certifications include (ISC) CISSP, ISACA CISA, ISACA CISM, or equivalent
- Excellent customer service, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced technical environment
- Required to undergo and satisfactorily pass a fingerprint background check in accordance with CJIS requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of common information security and privacy frameworks, such as FedRAMP, CJIS, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SSAE 18 SOC 2, HIPAA, CCPA
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
