Job Description

Job Summary:

CommQuest Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our Finance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the billing process, working closely with the Revenue Cycle Lead to resolve claim denials and aging reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and correct denied claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
  • Maintain professional relationships with insurance companies to resolve claim discrepancies.
  • Assist with billing processes, including charge verification, charge entry, and claim creation.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and management to ensure accurate and efficient billing practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Finance department.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Finance or related field, or equivalent experience (2+ years).
  • Previous experience in behavioral health billing.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record systems, such as NextGen.
