Position Title: Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist

Role Summary: We are in search of a meticulous and experienced CT Technologist to enhance our imaging department. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in executing computed tomography scans, with a strong focus on patient safety and the production of precise diagnostic images.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct CT scans as per physician directives, adhering to established safety protocols and imaging standards.
  • Prepare and position patients effectively for CT imaging, ensuring their comfort and the best possible imaging outcomes.
  • Operate CT imaging machinery to generate high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Monitor patients throughout procedures to guarantee their safety and comfort.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate patient records, documenting all procedures performed.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to ensure precise diagnoses and optimal patient care.
  • Follow all safety protocols, including those related to radiation safety and infection control.
  • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on CT equipment as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology from an accredited institution.
  • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in CT is mandatory.
  • Valid state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Preferred experience of 1-2 years in a CT Technologist role.
  • In-depth knowledge of CT imaging techniques and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment.
