My Gym Children's Fitness Center is a well-respected organization dedicated to providing exceptional recreational fitness and gymnastics programs for children from 6 weeks to 10 years old. We are on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to contribute to a fun and dynamic environment.
Available Position:
We are seeking passionate individuals who enjoy working with children. In this role, you will lead engaging classes, organize parties, conduct camps, and facilitate events, while also providing general customer service and assisting with light administrative duties. While prior experience with children is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement.
Key Qualifications:
- Willingness to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including weekends
- Strong interpersonal communication abilities
- Commitment to a healthy and active lifestyle
- Effective time management skills
- Clear background check
Starting pay is set at $20 per hour, with potential for growth and advancement. Team members who receive training typically earn more than $20 per hour. Additionally, we offer paid time off and foster a supportive work atmosphere.
