Job SummaryWe are seeking a qualified Gymnastics Instructor to design and deliver gymnastics programs for participants of all ages and skill levels. The successful candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics instruction and be able to communicate effectively with participants, parents, and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver gymnastics programs for participants of all ages and skill levels.
- Develop and implement instructional plans to meet the needs of participants.
- Provide feedback and guidance to participants to help them improve their skills.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all participants.
- Communicate effectively with participants, parents, and staff to ensure a positive experience for all.
- Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.
- At least two years of prior experience teaching or working in the area of gymnastics instruction.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 10lbs. Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis.
