About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at AssuredPartners. As a key member of our commercial insurance team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional account support to our clients, with a focus on delivering comprehensive customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide first point of contact for clients, supporting the delivery of service to our book of business.
  • Renewal and Proposal Presentations: Develop and deliver renewal and proposal presentations to clients, ensuring a seamless renewal process.
  • Account Management: Review and propose changes to client accounts, working closely with senior team members to ensure optimal results.
  • Insurance Expertise: Analyze market trends and advise clients on changes to policies, ensuring they have the best possible coverage.
  • Leadership: Mentor and guide more junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.

Requirements
  • 4-8 years of related experience and/or training, with a focus on commercial insurance.
  • Property and Casualty License.
  • Working knowledge of available commercial lines coverages based on business and industry.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and solution-design skills, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and agency management software.
