Digital Content Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Content Coordinator to join our team at the Air Line Pilots Association, International. As a key member of our Communications Department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital content strategies to advance our organization's goals and objectives.

• Develop and execute digital content plans to engage our audience and promote our brand
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and publish high-quality content across various digital channels
• Manage and maintain our website, social media, and email communications to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for digital content growth
• Develop and implement content calendars to ensure timely and effective content distribution
• Work closely with our Communications and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of digital content with our overall communications strategy

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital content strategy, website development, and/or digital design
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and proficiency in HTML, CSS, and other markup languages
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and other digital design tools
