Behavior Therapist

$16 - $22.50 Hourly + Competitive Pay Package

We seek passionate and resilient individuals to join our team as Line Therapists, providing hands-on, 1:1 pediatric therapy focused on fostering positive behavior, communication skills, and life skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Commitment to obtaining RBT certification (we cover costs).
• Reliable transportation to clinic locations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage actively with clients.
• Ability to pass a clear background check.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, between 8:00am and 4:00pm.
