Compensation Package

Our competitive salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000, plus benefits and opportunities for growth.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Autism Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will work directly with clients, developing and implementing individualized behavior plans to promote positive outcomes.

  • Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to clients and their families.
  • Design and implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to address client goals and objectives.
  • Monitor progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
  • A Master's degree in psychology, education, or a related human services field.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior plans, and client progress monitoring.
  • Proficiency in Central Reach or similar data systems.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
