As a Maintenance Worker at McDonald's, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. Your duties will include:

  • Filter oil fryers daily to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our customers and employees.
  • Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Unload delivery trucks 2 times a week to ensure that our inventory is up-to-date and that our employees have the necessary supplies to perform their duties.
  • Take out and empty trash compactors to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris to ensure that our facilities are well-maintained and safe for our customers and employees.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
  • Attention to detail to ensure that tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
